• All rates are in EURO and charged per apartment and day (excluding local tax).
• Rates do not include local tax of EURO 2.– charged per day and per guest.
  Children under the age of 5 do not have to pay the local tax.
• Cleaning fee is charged accordingly: EURO 85.–
• We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our house.
• We recommend travelling with a travel insurance.
• Credit card payment available. We accept debit cards, V-Pay, Visa and MasterCard.
• Our apartments are only available for a minimum stay (see above).
• Check-in at 3 pm and check-out until 9 am.
